Girls Advice: Hip-Hop

I haven't written anything on my blog for a while, but now I'm back. And today's topic is Hip-Hop/Rap songs. We've all head them some enjoyed them, and many know the lyrics to them-but they send a band message. I know all grown up say it and many of you are tired of hearing it from them, but I'm a young girl of 13 and now I'm saying it. All of these songs talk about booty and money and drugs, and personally I think most of these artists/writers were high when they wrote these songs because they are just like SO FREAKING STUPID! Seriously if you just take a minute to actually listen to what they are saying you'd realize that these songs are just a bunch of stupid and dum-dum-dummy lyrics covered by a dope beat. But what some people don't realize is the influence that this music is having on my generation. A lot kids my age (from every race) are dropping out of school, doing drugs, and god knows what else. Now I'm not saying that you shouldn't listen to it, I'm just saying don't be influenced by it, because nothing they say makes and type of sense.

Girl Advice: Post 3

Today's advice is about school particularly about grades, boyfriends, curshes and anything else dealing with boys. The thing is that grades and boyfriends don't mix. If you have one I might be able to garuntee that your grades will drop. Trust me I have seen many cases. In fact my friends were great students until they got boyfriends. Then their grades dropped, to D's. So don't be like them and get caught up.

Don't give in, that's todays advice. Just don't give in to them. Meaning everyone, the boys and girls. When a boy thinks your cute and always say compliments like you look good today or hey good girl or, Something like that whatever the point is to not give in, don't blush, don't let yourself get all worked up inside until you know what he wants. If you find out he only wants to excuse me "get in yor pants" don't let yourself get dragged in. And for the girls don't let them try to persuade you to do anything that you know is wrong. And don't let them bully you if you say no to it you fight back not like fight fight but you know what I mean. Don't get caught up with the wrong and bad crowd it's not going to turn out good.

My advice to you is simply this: Be yourself and don't let anyone change who you are. Abd don't try to change who you are just to fit in. You may think you want to hang out with the "cool crowd" but all they are, are a bunch of. People with insecuritties who take their anger of themselves out on innocent people like you. So don't change who you are, your perfect the way you are.
